Before joining Trilogy, Chad served as a Consultant and Executive Coach supporting and equipping high capacity leaders in the Financial, Tech, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Education industries. His cross-industry experience has built an understanding of transferable best practices in leadership development.
As an experienced behavioral analyst, Chad is certified in the Judgment Index and Predictive Index assessments. Chad is also certified in Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations, InsideOut Coaching training and The Four Disciplines of Execution facilitation.
