Chad’s coaching philosophy centers on the observation that effective leaders value both Results and Relationships. If one of those dynamics suffer, the effectiveness of the leader diminishes.
- Without a Relational approach, the leader may achieve short term results, but results will not be sustained over time.
- Without Results, the leader builds great esprit de corps with their team but organizational goals suffer.
